L L Lynch & Associates began its Process Improvement and Lean Enterprise activities in January 1995, serving two main clients: a Petroleum Wholesaling operation and a Specialty Manufacturer of Automotive Engine Control Modules, both in West Tennessee. Now, in its 23rd year, L L Lynch & Associates has served over 70 clients in the Central and Eastern United States, assisting them with their Process Improvement, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma, Lean Enterprise Implementation, and Training needs.
